Vaunzo, Inc. ("Vaunzo," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Vaunzo platform, including the Chrome extension and web dashboard (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
When you connect your LinkedIn account and use the Chrome extension, the Service collects the following on your behalf and at your direction:
This data is stored in your Vaunzo account and used solely to provide ICP scoring, contact management, and outreach assistance features. Vaunzo does not sell or transfer your LinkedIn data to third parties except as required to operate the Service.
Vaunzo is not an official LinkedIn partner. Data collection is conducted on your behalf as an authorized user. You are responsible for ensuring your LinkedIn usage complies with LinkedIn's terms of service.
The Vaunzo Chrome extension requests the following permissions:
The extension does not read or transmit your browsing history, cookies, or any data from non-LinkedIn pages.
We do not use your LinkedIn data or contact data to train AI models, build marketing profiles for sale, or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
We share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Service:
When you enable integrations such as HubSpot, you direct Vaunzo to share your contact data with those platforms. You control which integrations are enabled.
Vaunzo does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or LinkedIn data to third parties for any purpose. Ever.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days of account closure unless required to retain it for legal purposes. LinkedIn contact data stored in your account will be deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request. You may also request deletion of specific contact records at any time by contacting privacy@vaunzo.ai.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@vaunzo.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Vaunzo does not sell personal information.
If you are located in the EEA, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object. Our legal bases for processing your personal data are contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent. To exercise your GDPR rights, email privacy@vaunzo.ai.
If an individual whose profile data appears in your Vaunzo account submits a data subject request, you are responsible for notifying Vaunzo at privacy@vaunzo.ai so we can identify and delete that data from our systems.
Vaunzo implements commercially reasonable security measures including encryption of data in transit using TLS, row-level security on our database to ensure users can only access their own data, per-user API token authentication for extension-to-server communication, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@vaunzo.ai.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
