1. Introduction

Vaunzo.ai ("Vaunzo", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Vaunzo Chrome extension and the vaunzo.ai web application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and create a user account stored in our database.

LinkedIn Profile Data: The extension reads LinkedIn profile information (name, headline, location, connection degree, recent posts) from profiles you visit, solely to provide ICP scoring and message generation features. This data is processed in real time and stored only when you explicitly add a contact to your CRM.

Activity Logs: When you log a LinkedIn activity (connection request, InMail, message, like, comment), that record is stored in your account to power the accountability dashboard.

LinkedIn OAuth: We connect to your LinkedIn account via Unipile's OAuth integration. We do not store your LinkedIn password. We store an account identifier provided by Unipile to authenticate API requests on your behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide ICP scoring and personalized message generation
• To maintain your CRM contacts and activity log
• To display your daily LinkedIn activity dashboard
• To sync contacts and activities to HubSpot or other connected CRMs (only if you connect them)
• To enforce usage limits based on your subscription plan
• To send transactional emails related to your account (billing, security)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers to operate the product:

• Unipile — LinkedIn OAuth and messaging API integration
• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Anthropic — AI-powered ICP scoring and message generation (profile data is sent to generate responses and is not retained by Anthropic beyond the request)
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure
• HubSpot / Salesforce — Only if you explicitly connect your CRM account

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. Activity logs and CRM contacts are deleted immediately upon account deletion request.

6. Chrome Extension Permissions

The Vaunzo Chrome extension requests the following permissions:

• linkedin.com access — Required to inject the Vaunzo sidebar on LinkedIn profile and messaging pages
• storage — To store your user ID and cached profile data locally in Chrome
• identity — To authenticate your Vaunzo account

The extension does not read or transmit your browsing history, cookies, or any data from non-LinkedIn pages.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys and secrets are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser or extension. We use Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@vaunzo.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Vaunzo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
