These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Vaunzo, Inc. ("Vaunzo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Vaunzo platform, including the Chrome extension, web dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the Chrome extension, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vaunzo is a LinkedIn prospecting and sales intelligence platform that provides:
Vaunzo does not send messages, connection requests, or any communications on your behalf. All actions taken on LinkedIn are initiated manually by you.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vaunzo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
Please read this section carefully. It governs your use of Vaunzo in connection with LinkedIn.
By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize Vaunzo to collect, store, and process LinkedIn-related data on your behalf and at your direction. This data may include profile information of individuals whose profiles you visit (name, title, company, headline, connection status), your LinkedIn first-degree connection list, LinkedIn messaging activity and conversation history, and engagement activity such as connection requests and profile interactions. This data is stored in your Vaunzo account and used solely to provide the Service. Vaunzo does not sell or transfer your LinkedIn data to third parties except as required to operate the Service.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that your use of Vaunzo complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, and any other applicable LinkedIn terms, including but not limited to LinkedIn's prohibition on third-party software that accesses, scrapes, or automates activity on LinkedIn's platform.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Vaunzo will not be liable for any restriction, suspension, warning, or termination of your LinkedIn account, or any interruption to the Service, arising from LinkedIn's enforcement of its terms against you, Vaunzo, or any third-party infrastructure provider.
When Vaunzo imports or stores information about your LinkedIn connections or other LinkedIn members, you represent and warrant that you have a legitimate professional purpose for processing that information and that your collection of that information is consistent with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR where applicable. You will not use contact data to harass, spam, or engage in any unlawful conduct toward any individual.
If any individual whose data appears in your Vaunzo account submits a request to access, correct, or delete their personal data, you are responsible for notifying Vaunzo promptly at privacy@vaunzo.ai so that the relevant data can be removed from our systems.
Vaunzo does not send LinkedIn messages, connection requests, InMails, or any other communications on your behalf. All LinkedIn activity is initiated by you manually. You remain solely responsible for the content and frequency of any messages you send through LinkedIn.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Vaunzo is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in US dollars. Free trials automatically convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before expiration. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
All content, code, trademarks, and materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to Vaunzo. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service. By submitting content, you grant Vaunzo a limited license to use and process that content solely to provide the Service.
The Service uses AI models to generate ICP scores, profile analyses, and suggested outreach messages. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular context. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated messages before sending them. Vaunzo is not liable for any outcome resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service integrates with LinkedIn, HubSpot, Lusha, Apollo.io, and other third-party platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. Vaunzo is not responsible for changes, restrictions, or enforcement actions taken by any third-party platform.
Vaunzo's integration with LinkedIn is not officially endorsed, approved, or affiliated with LinkedIn, Inc. in any way. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn, Inc. Vaunzo has no partnership, sponsorship, or authorization from LinkedIn, Inc. The Service accesses LinkedIn data via third-party infrastructure that operates independently of LinkedIn's official developer program. LinkedIn may take action against such infrastructure at any time, which may render the Service non-operational. You accept this risk as a condition of using the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VAUNZO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. VAUNZO MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING SALES OUTCOMES FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAUNZO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. VAUNZO'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaunzo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of LinkedIn's terms of service, or your violation of any applicable privacy law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles County, California. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity, not as part of a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
